Elements of Grounding: Rooted in Power

Description

For your safety, listen in a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. Do not listen while driving or operating machinery.

For the first 30 days, listen to this recording once a day. After that, you can return to it whenever you feel the need.

Elements of Grounding: Find Your Center When Life Gets Hectic

Some days, you just can’t seem to get your head together. You’ve got things to do, your mind is racing, and you want to cast a spell. But where are your tools? And do you really feel like setting up an altar right now?

I’ve been there. That’s why I created Elements of Grounding.

In this guided hypno-spell, we’ll work with Earth, Air, Fire, and Water. I’ll guide you through each step. You can leave the candles and altar for another day. All you need is a quiet place where you can listen without being disturbed.

Why You Need This Spell

• You don’t have time for a full ritual. Some days, there just isn’t enough time to gather your tools and set up an altar. With this recording, you can get started right away.
• Your mind is all over the place. Got too much going on? Take a little time to slow down and focus on one thing at a time.
• You’ve had a rough day. Working with the four elements can give you a chance to settle down and let go of some of that stress.
• You don’t have your usual tools. No candles, crystals, or altar? That’s fine. I’ll guide you through the spell using your mind and imagination.
• You want to feel connected again. We’ll call on each element, one at a time, and give you a moment to get your bearings.

What You’ll Experience

I’ll guide you through a sacred circle that you’ll create in your mind. We’ll call on the four elements, one at a time. Earth will help you feel steady. Next, we’ll call on Air to clear some of the noise in your head. Then we’ll turn to Fire for a little spark and Water for a chance to unwind.

You’ll be guided through the spell’s incantation and picture an obsidian stone in your mind. You’ll also learn a short affirmation you can repeat each morning.

You don’t need a real obsidian stone, but you can carry one if you wish.

The next time you feel scattered, you can picture the circle again or play the recording and go through the ritual with me.
